He is the Founder and Chairman of the New York SharePoint User Group and loves to contribute to the SharePoint community through this group. He has co-authored a book with O’Reilly on SharePoint: SharePoint 2007. He believes that by undergoing a digital transformation, organizations can achieve their maximum potential and set new milestones.

Kalpesh is a certified Chartered Accountant with about 20 years of total work experience spread across industries like Finance and IT. He joined NGenious Solutions in 2009 with multi-functional expertise that spans across domains like finance, HR & product development. A detail-oriented and future-driven professional, Kalpesh heads the Operations in India and handles finance, HR, and compliance related matters.

He envisions future trends and concepts in accordance with the existing operations and believes in taking intelligent, data-driven decisions with measured risks. Andres is a highly skilled PMP Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer, and Certified Scrum Master. He carries 18 years of experience and brings with him the core expertise in project planning, delivery, tracking, reporting, processes, finances, and change management, on a global level.

He has extensive experience in translating user issues to appropriate technical, smart solutions. He can be best described as an energetic professional with excellent customer management skills. He joined NGenious in 2008 and leads the operations in the USA.

Vishal Geet has been working in the area of Software Development in a variety of technical roles – from Software Developer to Senior Technical Project Manager. He is an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry.

Skilled in SharePoint Technology, Requirements Analysis, Oracle Database, IT Strategy, and Data Warehousing. Strong program and project management professional having 17+ years of experience with an academic commerce background.

Sathish Chinthala is an Experienced Technical Project Manager and Solutions Architect with around 11 years of development experience with Microsoft SharePoint and its related technologies. His core skills include architecting and customizing SharePoint environments both on-premises and in the cloud(Microsoft 365). His technical role is primarily building solutions based on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Forms.

His expertise lies in SharePoint Administration, Design, Development, and different migration tools. He has completed MCSD, MCPD, and MCTS Microsoft certifications.

Pramod brings 29 years of rich & qualitative experience in Business Development, consultancy , Pre-Sales Technical Leadership ,IT Architecture and Project Management . He has been handling leadership roles comprising Teams on Solution Architecting, Cloud Based IAAS, PAAS and SaaS based migration solutions, DevOps and Managed Support.. Pramod comes loaded with multi-Industry experience in driving business in Middle East, European and Indian geographies and has taken challenge to develop from scratch the Pre-Sales, Sales, Delivery and Support teams for the Cloud Line of Business at NGenious.

He accepts the challenging tasks and will be keen to accomplish them in given time frame. He is extremely passionate in exploring and learning new technologies.

Paritosh Rohatgi is a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Specialist with over 28+ years of experience in Information technology and Enterprise Solutions. Certified in Microsoft Dynamics Suite for Finance/ Trade and Logistics , Paritosh is highly Experienced in Consulting, Implementation, and pre-sales deliveries (With Approximately 18 years’ experience including implementation and project delivery / Management of Microsoft Dynamics).

An effective communicator with good analytical, problem solving & organizational skills. He is also Passionate in team building.

Mantri Banerjee started his career in 2007, as a consultant of Dynamics NAV and gradually built his career as Microsoft Dynamics ERP Specialist . During his 14 years of career , he has worked with Several Microsoft Partners in India and abroad handling several projects in different Version of Dynamics NAV and D365 Business Central as Functional Lead / Project Manager.

He was engaged as Project Manager where he closely dealt with US & Canadian (Dynamics 365 Business Central) Customers.
